Shipping to EU Member States
To ensure compliance with EU withdrawal rights regulations effective from June 19, 2026, we have temporarily suspended shipping to EU Member States.

Accordingly, order acceptance from the affected regions has also been temporarily suspended. We appreciate your understanding.

We plan to resume order acceptance and shipping once the necessary compliance measures have been completed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Notice Regarding Shipments to the United States

Due to the abolition of the De Minimis rule (duty-free allowance for low-value goods) on Friday, August 29, 2025, and in accordance with the notice from Japan Post, we will temporarily suspend EMS shipments to the United States.

• Applicable: EMS shipments to the United States

• Exemptions: Personal correspondence and items valued at USD 100 or less

Going forward, shipments to the United States will be handled via UPS or FedEx.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding.

 

Delivery Charges

• Domestic Shipment within Japan : 800 JPY (including tax) per shipment
• For overseas shipment, the shipping charges are as follows:
  – Orders over 50,000 JPY: Free
  – Order under 50,000 JPY : 3,500 JPY per shipment

Shipping Companies

• Sagawa Express for deliveries within Japan
• Japan Post (EMS) and ECMS Japan (ECMS) for deliveries outside Japan

 

Item Delivery Time

Normally, items will be shipped within five (5) business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese national holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays) from the day of order receipt.
Please note that designating the date and time of delivery is not possible.

 

Shipment

Items will be shipped per order. Please note that bundled shipments are unavailable if orders are placed on two or more occasions.
